**Members registration fees

**** Student fees
To register as a student you must be a full time under or post-graduate student. Proof will be required, this can be a scan of your student identification card or a letter from your university which can be emailed to us at

Payments must be made in full by credit/debit card at the time of registration. Cards accepted are Visa, Visa debit, Mastercard and American Express. Payments can also be made using your PayPal account.
Entry to the conference will not be permitted unless full payment has been received. 

On receipt of your registration form, a confirmation email and receipt will be sent to you by the conference organisers. If you have not received this within 5 working days of registering, please contact the conference organisers by emailing

Notification of cancellation must be submitted by email to the conference organisers at

  • Cancellations made on or before 1st May 2018 will be refunded less the £40 administration fee
  • Cancellations made after 1st May 2018 will NOT be refunded
  • Non-attendance will NOT be refunded

Non-EU participants may require a Visa to enter the UK. To check if you need a UK Visa please follow this link Delegates may also contact the consulate/embassy in their home country for further information.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your passport is valid for travel and we recommend that you check with your local Embassy.  Please note that some countries require your passport to be valid for up to 3 months from the date of return.

Letter of attendance  
If you require a letter to confirm your registration please complete the online registration form and make payment. Please email to request a letter after you have registered and made payment.

If your visa is declined we are only able to offer refunds in line with our cancellation policy

By attending the conference, members consent to being filmed and/or photographed for BGCS purposes.

Certificates of Attendance
Delegates will be provided with a certificate of attendance on completion of the conference evaluation form.  Delegates manage their own CPD Account / Portfolios and can self-declare one CPD point for every hour of teaching, however you must have the documentation to prove this and upload it to your profile.
